thanks for your help.
I have read the HTK-doc and solved the question .

When I run the demo ("HTS voices for festival ",   festival + HTS voices + 
hts_engine),
I have found that it uses "hts_engine" to systhsize speech, 
and  the file of HTS voices which it uses  are some .inf files and .pdf 
files.
there are not any HMM files.

question 1

Is "hts_engine" better than the SPTK (in the "HTS-demo" , it uses SPTK )  
when systhsizing the speech?

question 2 
Are the .inf files and .pdf files more efficient than HMM files?
