No, it have to contain mean and variance for delta and delta^2.
Please read the manual of SPTK for the input format of mlpg.

This is the mailing list for discussing *HTS*.
mlpg is a part of *SPTK*, not *HTS*.
The function of mlpg is equivalent to the speech parameter generation algorithm, but I guess few people in this mailing
list have ever used mlpg.
Actually, I have never used mlpg.
If you have any question about *SPTK*, I recommend you to ask questions to the SPTK working group.
