1. How does HTS distinguish what's the meaning of A:.,B:..,C;.. when using the

HTS does not distinguish their meaning.
It's just doing pattern matching.
2. In the question file, does the order of question have any relations wtih
the defination of fullcontext label.
No, it doesn't have any relation.
