I checked this file and it did not include any information.
Actually, its file size was 12 byte.
I guess you failed to run that script, can you check what happened while preparing the training data?

The released databases from CMU include both .wav and .utt files.
I removed RIFF headers from .wav files and put them as .raw files.
And I just put .utt files without any modification.
We renamed them according to the HTS-demo running script naming rule.
