It seems the problem is occuring when the program is trying to convert
the mmf files to hts_engine format.
When you want to ask something to the hts-users mailing list, please give us more information about your question.
For example, in the above case showing convert_JK_qst001_mcep.hed will help us to understand what happened.
Maybe in this case there are mismatches between the trees and models.
"LoadTree: Macro mcep_s2_380 not recognised" means that there is no "mcep_s2_380" macro in the model set.
