You can generate win files (little endian, binary float) for hts_engine by converting the following files (ascii):  
HTS-demo_CMU-ARCTIC-SLT.RC2/data/win/*.win
{mcep,lf0}.win2 -> {mcep,lf0}_dyn.win
{mcep,lf0}.win3 -> {mcep,lf0}_acc.win

And feat.list is the same as HTS-demo_CMU-ARCTIC-SLT.RC2/data/scripts/label.feats.
