[hts-users:00405] Error unseen models

hi,

i'm a bit lost i'm running the HTS-demo to create a new voice. Do i
have to change the tree format in questions folder to meet the context
dependent characteristics of my voice. And if so how is it done. Because
below is the error that logged from running the demo script.
