[hts-users:00480] error about HMGenS

I managed to run hts-1.1 as well as demo.
then i replace htk-3.2.1 with htk-3.4.
I patched and installed htk-3.4 sucessfully
then I changed the makefile in HTS-demo by modified the variable HTSBINDIR with the new directory of bin.linux of htk-3.4.
and the problem appeared  as follows:

I don't know what does the error mean
