I applied your method  and have solved last problem.
Now a new problem appeared.
I use 50 training sentences of english training data.
Then I trained them and clustered them.
When I use the tools HMGenS in htk-3.4( I have applied the patch file:HTS-2.0RC3_for_HTK-3.4-alpha.patch ), it showed such an error:

I replace the tool
 HMGenS in htk-3.4 with the one in htk-3.2.1, and it run well.
