Are the HTS voices used for the demos available in the following link
available to public?
http://hts.sp.nitech.ac.jp/nitech-naist-hts_blizzard2006/
The speech quality of these demos is very very impressive. All the
diphone and HTS voices I have tried so far do not come close to the
speech quality these demos seem to show.
In general is there an open source repository of voices for those who
are not experts in voice/speech synthesis?
