[hts-users:00590] mail address of hts-users ML changed

Because of organization change & server replace, mail address of hts-users ML changed.
The new address is  

  hts-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx  

Although the old address (hts-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) is still alive, please use the new one.
