[hts-users:01002] Re: Spectral Criterion

Hi,

It may be as well to divide this mailing list into two mailing lists like HTK:
 1: hts-users (hts-beginners?)
 2: hts-developers

what do you think, everyone?

Tamer,

you can't expect people on this mailing list to answer such a general request - it sounds like you are wanting someone to do an assignment for you (which I hope is not the case)!

There are many experts on this list, and they don't mind spending their valuable time helping others to understand the more difficult aspects of HTS, but the questions have to be more specific. They also have to be genuine questions, not requests for someone else to summarise something for you!

It is also important that you show that you have at least tried to understand something first, before posting a question.

I'm sorry if this sounds harsh, but the mailing list is not a free course in speech processing.

Simon
