in the paper of the speech parameter generation algorithms for HMM-Based Speech Synthesis
of
keichi takud , takoyashi yoshimura , takashi masuko , takao kaboyashi , tadashi kitamura
 
case 1 : maximizing P(O|Q,lamda) with respect to O
corresponds the c=0 parameter in the HMGens ?
