Hi,Heiga,sorry to interrupt you, 
       just now I set pst->mseq[t] and pst->vseq[t] of the vector I have not used in delta and  delta^2 to zero in the function SetupPdfStreams(),But In function 
Cholesky_Factorization  WUW[t][1] is less than 0.0, error exists,I ignore this error,and generate mcp and lf0,but there is no sound after synthesizing,I  do  not  know  the reason why 
WUW[t][1] is less than 0?

It depends on the implementation but I guess you're right.
