Because HTK license prohibits re-distribution, it is hart to provide anonymous CVS access of HTS.
Sorry for inconvenience :-(

BTW, I'll release HTS-2.1beta next week (maybe January 15th).
This version includes all bug fixes which have been reported on this list.
