Hi,

The problem 'ViterbiAlign: No path found in 7'th segment ', was that i
wanted to create .cmp files from 2 distinctive observation vectors with
specific size, and i didn't defined the correct size of each vector at
'merge' function for the creation of .cmp. Now i understand what is the
meaning of corrupted .cmp files!!!!
