Hi all,

We are planning to switch the HTS license from the current one to New and Simplified BSD License (http://www.opensource.org/licenses/bsd-license.php).
The current one is as follows:

The main difference between these two licenses is the following term:

Can you give us your opinion about the license of HTS?
We'd like to make it as convenient as possible for both proprietary use and open-source softwares.
If switching license causes big problems, we will stop it.
