[hts-users:01557] Re: HTS-based products

Hi,

I would think that Nuance might be using some sort of statistical synthesis too.

see http://www.nuance.com/news/pressreleases/2007/20070327_speech.asp

though they don't *explicitly* mention it in that press release, the description of the system matches the description of HMM-based speech synthesis quite well.

Hi all,

Now I'm exploring commercially available HMM-based speech synthesis products to
list them in our journal paper. I guess some companies sell HTS-based products,
but I think only SVOX Pico (http://www.svox.com/upload/pdf/svox-flier-Final.pdf)
explicitly tells it is based on HMM-based speech synthesis. Does anyone know
any other commercially available HMM-based speech synthesis products?

Thank you very much.
