Thank you for your answer.
It seems that there is no problems generating F0 files (the lf0 directory
contains files, one for each raw file), but in the gv directory, there is
only two files : gv-lf0.pdf (0 bytes) and  gv-mgc.pdf (200 bytes).

Otherwise, is there a PDF or a online book concerning this demo? I did not
find any.
