read codes in "hhed.c" file, 
at line 4399, you will find the reason of problem;
maybe the format of your question_xx.hed is incorrect, maybe others;  you
can trace it, to find why the "qlist" is null.

Hello,

Thanks for replying. I ran the training again after placing the
questions file in proj/data/questions/

Still getting the same error. And the dur.inf.untied has just this one line

{*}[2].stream[1]
   "dur_s2_1"

I am new to this and i cant understand what the problem is. Can anyone
figure this out.
