notice this err in the log. 

ERROR [+5013] ReadString: String too long

maybe you have to re-configure the source code of hts and then re-install it.

you can execute:
./configure --help
in hte source dir of the hts,
and check  the marco 'MAXSTRLEN'.
the value should be larger than the longest line in all of your .lab files
