[hts-users:01864] HTS voice for GalateaTalk

Hi all,

I am a newcomer in HTS. I am having a problem with HTS voice for Galatea 
Talk.

First, I

1.Download the Galatea for Windows(galatea4win.zip) and install it;
2.Execute the gtalk(1.0)as following:
   gtalk -C ssm.conf
   set Speaker = male01//set the Speaker
   set Text = 東京
   set Speak = NOW
Now I can hear the speech of "東京"
It seems work well.

And then, I
3.Stop the gtalk
4.Download the HTS voices (for Galatea Talk) Nitech Jp m001 
ATR503(file:tar.bz2)
5.Copy the the 
files(duration.pdf,lf0.pdf,mcep.pdf,tree-dur.inf,tree-lf0.inf,tree-mcep.inf)from 
tar.bz2
   to the speaker directory of the gtalk and modified the file ssm.conf
    (add a new SPEAKER-ID for Nitech Jp m001 ATR503)
6.Execute the gtalk again as above
   gtalk -C ssm.conf
   set Speaker = male01//chang the Speaker to the new SPEAKER-ID(male03)
   set Text = 東京
   set Speak = NOW
Now I can not hear any sound.

Is the HTS voices (for Galatea Talk) Nitech Jp m001 ATR503 for Linux or Unix 
only(not for Wondows)?
or I have done something wrong?
