[hts-users:01962] Re: How to configure HTS with STRAIGHT when using a different sampling rate?

Same problem occured in normal hts-demo when using data at 22khz, but
not so serious as in the straight hts. When using data of 22khz, it
is a little more buzzy in normal hts with similar configuration as exp
2. Prof. Tokuda recommended mgc order 12~16 at 8khz, so i think a
higher mgc order should be used at 22khz in normal hts. But i am not
sure if a higher mgc order should be used in straight hts as in exp 2.
