Well, I'm not using the adapt one but this one:
HTS-demo_CMU-ARCTIC-SLT_STRAIGHT. I think you are not using straight.
Am I right ?
Another question came to my mind. I've changed my festival/speech tools
version (I moved to the 2.0.95). I supposed that the labels generated
were the sames that the ones from the 1.96 version. Which version of
festival do you use ?

sorry, I didn't realize
that you move from HTS-demo_CMU-ARCTIC-SLT
to HTS-demo_CMU-ARCTIC-ADAPT_STRAIGHT.
there is no warning -2331 in HTS-demo_CMU-ARCTIC-SLT
but in HTS-demo_CMU-ARCTIC-ADAPT_STRAIGHT
there is 1284 "WARNING [-2331] UpdateModels: ....."
and 2424 "WARNING [-7324] StepBack: Bad data or over pruning"
before this error happens:

no,
I never met warning -2331 in my log
2010/5/31 Sébastien Le Maguer <Sebastien.Le_maguer@xxxxxxxx>
When I'm looking the log files I've found some error
messages in the fullcontext reestimation step which look like that:
WARNING [-2331] UpdateModels:
ih^ng-dh+eh=r@1_3/A:0_1_2/B:1-0-3@1-1&1-6#1-3$1-4!0-1;0-1|0/C:1+1+2/D:content_3/E:pps+1@1+3&1+2#0+1/F:content_1/G:10_7/H:6=3@2=1|L-L%/I:0=0/J:16+10-2[82]

After it propagates in every embedded reestimation step. Have you go
this ?
