[hts-users:02584] HMGenS problem in Speaker dependent training STRAIGHT demo

Dear all,
 
I have been using the Speaker dependent training demo (STRAIGHT version, English), together with STRAIGHTV40.  No modification is done, except some minor path settings for STRAIGHT.  The demo runs smoothly.  However, during the generation of speech parameter sequences (stc) (HMGenS step), all output speech files have error with output probability 0 and the demo eventually stops.  Does anyone have ideas on how to solve it? and the reason(s) for producing such extremely small probability?
 
I understand that this has been reported previously ([hts-users:02533] and [hts-users:02501]), but there is no proper solution yet.
