Was able to solve the problem. I did not include the variance floor vector for the 3 streams in the config.

 delta delta = ct+1 −2ct+ ct−1

where ct is the current frame, ct+1 the next frame and ct-1 the previous frame. I used  -1e+10 at the unvoiced regions as well as voiced/unvoiced boundaries. The training with only static values went well.
