I did run the HTS demo,and I have got the results(40 Alice.wav),as a matter of fact,I want to make HTS use my methods,I mean the phoneme segmenation process,to train the phoneme model and then synthesize the speech.could you give me some further help?

In order to train the phonome model, you'd best to download the training demo and tools from the HTS homepage.

For further understanding of the training process, you should read the paper from the HTS homepage as well as the HTK book.
