I changed option -w in $SOX in Training.pl:

        $line .= "$SOX -c 1 -s -2 -t raw -r $sr - -c 1 -s -2 -t wav -r $sr $gendir/$base.wav"; # Changed -w to -2

But not change in:

        $line .= "$MGLSADF -m " . ( $ordr{'mgc'} - 1 ) . " -p $fs -a $fw -c $gm $mgc | ";
