[hts-users:02791] header of gv model files for engine

Hi,  

In HTS-2.1.1, the header of the gv model files for engine do not have msdflag and stream size, so it may cause an error when using the engine 1.03 code directly.

Does 2.2-beta fix this problem?

Or there is a different pdf reader for gvs in engine 1.04?
