I want 2 do for a comparison purpose for my thesis. Could you please tell me which parameter should I tune so that a common tree would be generated for lf0, mgc, and dur. I mean same questions for all the trees. Any hint would be highly appreciated.

Why would you want to do that? It would result in suboptimal decision trees.
