[hts-users:02977] bug in CSMAPLR/SMAPLR adaptation

Hi,

Junichi and I found what appears to be a bug in CSMAPLR/SMAPLR 
adaptation.  When adapting standard HMM (not HSMM) you need to have 
config set with:

HADAPT:DURADAPTKIND    = TREE

Otherwise you'll receive the error:
ERROR [+999]  Can use only SMAP with TREE currently

This is regardless of type of regression class used for adapting state emission distributions (TREE or BASE).
