If your stream configuration is consistant through all the stages, it should be fine no matter how you change it. Would you provide the command line of HERest? How did you set the '-t' option?

The data composition step is done and new cmp files are generated successfully, but in the training phase, which "train.pl" runs,  the following error is reported by HERest module for all of the training files.
