[hts-users:03156] Re: Cannot allocate block data

I am a new user but I used to have this problem too. I was running HTS under Cygwin (under Winodws Server 2008 R2 64-bit) and when the process reached 3GB of RAM it would give memory allocation errors. But when I switched to Ubuntu 64-bit, I never had problems with memory allocation since.
