It is my fault writing wrong  gamma value, it should be  gamma=1. Thank you all.
Now I am checking the lpc and lsp in the syn stage, I guess there is something wrong here, If I found the bug, I will tell you!

I think (gamma=0, alpha=0) gives cep, other than lsp.
BTW, the silent problem was discussed in this thread:

There is no solution yet, but it might help shooting.
