Maybe that "set path" line is different for you. (Unlikely.)
As a quick'n'dirty solution, you could replace all x2x's with
/usr/local/SPTK/bin/x2x (and the same for rawtowav and all the other SPTK
related commands) in that script.

Yes, the "set path" line was differant for me.
