Dear Sometimes not all the
input files are successfully re-aligned. For example, if the input for re-alignment
is 1000 files, It happened that around 50 files fail (the output is around 950 files in gv\fal\*.lab). I used to
copy the original files instead of failed files. Why some files fail to
re-align? Is this normal? What should we do then? Regards Sobh |
