I was wondering whether the Shared Decision Tree Context Clustering (STC) method described in the paper below is available in HTS.
"A training method for average voice model based on shared decision tree context clustering and speaker adaptive training", Junichi Yumugishi, Tukashi Musuko, Keiichi Tokudu, Tukuo Kobayaski
If not, does anyone have an implementation of it for HTS?
