[hts-users:04047] Help needed in Pentaphone to triphone

Hi,
We want to build HTS system with triphone contextual factors. Can anyone help us in suggesting the structure of question set?
We tried replacing the questions.hed file of an existing pentaphone system by smply removing the unwanted factors (viz., QS LL and QS RR related rows), however it didn't seem to work and we get the following error:
