Could u please say whether the versions I have used are apt or anymore I have to use to synthesis the text

Normally it's a version problem.
The format of model used by hts_engine_API has changed a lot.
Make sure you use the correct version, meaning corresponding version of hts_engine and HTS(binaries and training scripts).
