I used HTS-2.3, SPTK 3.9 to run English Speaker dependent training demo and Speaker adaptation/Adaptive training demo.(http://hts.sp.nitech.ac.jp/?Download) And both have errors.

The two errors are about raw2wav in SPTK 3.9. How can I deal with it? Thanks a lot for your kindly help.
