you can access from here : http://hts.sp.nitech.ac.jp/archives/2.2/HTS-demo_CMU-ARCTIC-ADAPT.tar.bz2 but you should use HTS 2.3 ( http://hts.sp.nitech.ac.jp/archives/2.3/HTS-demo_CMU-ARCTIC-ADAPT.tar.bz2 ).

There is an incompatibilty between the model file format between 2.1.1 and the 2.2 if I remember correctly (see HTS document).
