Hello,

apparently, it doesn't find the HHED script to build the global 
variance tree for the MGC so something went wrong before. Do you 
have enough space remaining ? Can you check what happened at the 
MCDGV stage ? Try to assess if the files that this stage should 
generate are actually generated. Put all the other stages at 0 to 
ignore them.
