Hi. I am trying to apply a postfilter using mel-generalized cepstral coefficients as input. I have read the following papers

K. Koishida, G. Hirabayashi, K. Tokuda, and T. Kobayashi, "A wideband CELP speech coder at 16 kbits/s based on mel-generalized cepstral analysis," Proc. ICASSP'98, pp. 157-160, 1998

K. Koishida, K. Tokuda, T. Kobayashi, and S. Imai, "CELP coding system based on mel-generalized cepstral analysis," Proc. ICSLP'96, pp. 318-321, 1996

however, I am still confused about how to implement the postfilter using SPTK. I was wondering if anyone has implemented this before and can offer any suggestions. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Do you mean MGC or MGC-LSP?

Hi. I am actually interested in MGC-LSP.

We have tested several types of postfilters for MGC-LSPs but they are not implemented based on SPTK.
(We wrote our own programs to perform postfiltering.)
