Thanks for answering, Oura.

I will try other values of -q options tomorrow. But still, could you please give me an example of how you use the reference tree? Maybe several lines of training perl code for a certain purpose?
Do you think the reference tree (I called them the initial tree in the previous mails) I created is correct? The explanation of new feature about "support cluster in the middle" seems to be fit for my purpose mentioned previously, but I seem to be kind of misunderstand the right usage of this tool.
