It works finally :)
Without changing coding :)
The problem was in file triphones, which was generated by HLed and it should be cloned by CL triphones in mktri.hed files.
Where were no \ before " in triphones1.
Changiing all " to \" solved the problem.

SAMPA was designed so that writing a phoneme string without spaces is
unambiguous. This is not required for HTK because model names will
always include special characters (e.g., -, +) between the phone names.
